- You have an IRC channel (with Q) of at least 40 people
- You have an admin channel
- You have at least one TF2 server that is dedicated to the pickup (it will never be used for anything else)
- You have a voice server (ventrilo/mumble/..)
- You have a Windows XP/Vista/7 computer that runs all the time (24/7), this computer will host the bot
- The Windows computer must have Microsoft .NET 3.5 installed
A few notes:
- The language of the bot will remain English. All messages will be in English.
- However, you can change the language of topic and !rules
- You will only receive a compiled final version of the bot, you can't and are not allowed to change any of the code
